Damages & Returns​

GOP Returns Policy
GOP product returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The goods are damaged, wrongly supplied, defective, or not in accordance with the product order.
• The goods are returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The goods must remain in their original packaging without any damage. If the packaging is damaged, evidence of the condition inside the box is required. The original factory label on the packaging must also be provided.
• Any damage caused during self-assembly will not be covered by GOP.
• If goods are transported via a third-party freight company, claims for damages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. For goods damaged during transit, the shipment must be refused upon delivery and noted accordingly.

Goods Damaged in Transit

• All claims for damages must be made while the goods are in their original packaging.
• If a customer orders the wrong product, GOP cannot offer a full refund. Refund details will require specific communication to determine terms.

Unwanted Goods

• Returns of unwanted goods are at GOP’s discretion.
• A restocking fee of 15% of the invoice value of the returned goods will apply.
• Customers will bear the freight costs of returning unwanted goods.
• Goods will only be credited if they are returned in the original condition, including all packaging, instruction materials, and factory labels.

Futile Deliveries
If a project or installation is refused at the point of delivery, a futile delivery/trip charge may apply. The charge for a futile installation is $750.00 per day. Re-delivery will proceed only after a purchase order is issued.

Title
Legal and beneficial ownership of goods will not transfer to the customer until the goods have been paid for in full.

Inspection
All goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any issues (e.g., damaged goods or incorrect specifications) must be reported to GOP within 2 days of receipt.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted for in-stock products before the delivery date.
• Specially ordered goods cannot be canceled.
• GOP reserves the right to charge for any freight or administrative costs incurred before cancellation.

Warranty

• All GOP products are covered by a commercial warranty.
• Warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship. It does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents or neglect.
• All warranty claims must include proof of purchase, details of the defect, and requested supporting documentation (e.g., photographs).
• GOP or an authorized representative must inspect the product to evaluate the claim.
• Repairs must only be carried out by an authorized GOP representative.
